Because Elevatshine products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, change of mind, or other buyer preferences.

Embroidery & Product Variations

Our products are individually embroidered and made to order. Minor variations in embroidery, stitching, placement, color, or appearance may naturally occur between items and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives materially damaged or defective, please contact shinyelevation@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Eligible issues will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.
