The Heart Behind Elevatshine
I have a dream—a dream of many dreams, as colorful as Joseph’s coat, yet all surrendered to and made possible only through Christ.
Elevatshine didn't begin when the name was created. Looking back, I believe God was preparing it through the experiences, relationships, lessons, blessings, and challenges that shaped my life and my walk with Him.
But Elevatshine is bigger than me.
At its heart, Elevatshine is a Christ-centered mindset—a reminder to pursue Christ in all that we do and to ask:
How can we steward the blessings the Lord has given us to glorify Him in all that we do?
In a world filled with distractions, comparison, ambition, uncertainty, and noise, it's easy to place our faith and purpose in things that were never meant to carry them.
Elevatshine is a call back to what truly matters: pursuing Christ, taking action in faith, loving one another, elevating others through Christ, and making the most of the gifts, relationships, dreams, and opportunities God has given us—all for His glory.
And along the way, shine His light to all.
Most importantly, Elevatshine exists to point people back to the cross.
Jesus Christ died for our sins, rose again, and offers hope, forgiveness, and eternal life to those who put their faith in Him. Our dreams, relationships, talents, and ambitions were never meant to replace Christ, but to be surrendered to Him and stewarded for His glory.
This is more than clothing. It is a step of faith. A way to start conversations, plant seeds, encourage others, love one another, and shine the light of Christ.
I don't have it all figured out. I'm just a guy trying to pursue Christ in all that I do. Elevatshine is part of that journey.
If even one person is pointed toward Christ, encouraged in their faith, or inspired to use what God has given them for His glory, then Elevatshine is accomplishing its purpose.
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
— Ephesians 2:10 KJV
